Taveuni is ‘The Soft Coral Capital of the World’ and Paradise Taveuni is in the heart of it. Paradise Dive is owned and operated by Paradise Taveuni and is located on-site within the resort grounds.

All accommodation has been recently rebuilt after Tropical Cyclone Winston’s visit in February 2016. Re-opened since June 2016, Paradise Taveuni still offers 16 accommodation choices. These include all brand new Deluxe Oceanfront Bures, Deluxe Oceanfront Vales, Deluxe Oceanfront Family Vales, Oceanview Bures and Oceanview Family Bures.
Each of the newly built lodgings includes ocean views, tropical outdoor shower in your own private lava-rock garden, generous king bed, spacious deck to read and enjoy the views, and air conditioning.

The PADI Team offers daily dive trips to Rainbow Reef and local areas nearby. They offer a selection of PADI Dive Courses. Learn to Dive in Paradise or upgrade your current certification with Paradise Dive. Nitrox is also available at this resort.

The Rainbow Reef is a 32km reef in the Somosomo Strait between the islands of Taveuni and Vanua Levu and only a 20-30 minute boat trip from Paradise. It is one of the most famous dive sites in the South Pacific.

Mantas and Pilot Whales are often seen on the boat trip to and from the reef. The boat will stop so you can get in and swim with these wild, natural creatures.
Humpback Whale season is June – September each year, and you can encounter these beautiful mammals, as they migrate with their new calves, from the dive boat and from the oceanfront of Paradise.
