Aore Island is a working cattle and coconut plantation, located 3 kilometres across the channel or 15 minutes by regular boat service from Santo and the township of Luganville. The secluded Aore Island Resort is set on a white sandy beach, surrounded by tropical island flora and has views to the wide escarpment leading up to a higher rainforest level. The boutique resort has 18 spacious and comfortable, well-appointed bungalows built along the beach surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The famous World War II wreck of “SS President Coolidge” and “Million Dollar Point” are a 20 minute boat trip from the resort. Alternatively, you can snorkel in the crystal clear waters over the coral reef just off the island.

Start your diving day at Pacific Dive Headquarters, located at The Espiritu Hotel on Main Street in Luganville. You will meet your dive guides here, and they will assist you with any required hire equipment. You will then be briefed on the dive site of the day and complete any necessary paperwork before being transported to the dive site. Single Dive tours run for approximately 4 hours.

Once at the Dive Site, kit up and enter the beautifully warm and clear water. Your experienced Dive Guide will escort you on one of the most amazing dives you have ever done! Whether it be the SS President Coolidge or Million Dollar Point, you will explore the site at your pace, and no doubt make some life-changing memories!
