Lord Howe Island off the east coast of Australia, just a 2-hour flight from Sydney, Port Macquarie or Brisbane, is one of the world’s most beautiful World Heritage-listed islands surrounded by an NSW Marine Park. Warm tropical waters and cooler currents have created a diverse range of marine life, a unique mix of both tropical and temperate water fish. In short, a diving paradise!
Dive Lord Howe Island owned in partnership by Aaron and Lisa Ralph was established on Lord Howe Island in 1978.
Dive Lord Howe Island has built a strong reputation as one of Australia’s premier diving operators, a reputation it still holds today.
They are a young and energetic team, passionate about diving and the ocean. The skipper and instructor, Aaron, will endeavour to take you to a wide variety of dive sites to ensure you experience the unique range of species Lord Howe Island has to offer.
The dive season runs from September through to May with water temperatures ranging from 18 degrees Celsius to 26 degrees. They are closed in June, July and August, due to the SCUBA equipment requiring annual servicing and testing off the island and the nature of the seasonal activity.
