The rustic island bungalows at all have two bedrooms and are constructed using traditional building materials of Sago Palm Leaf, Lawyer Cane and Wild Betel Nut Tree. Two waterfront Deluxe Bungalows have ensuite bathrooms, whilst the Traditional and Semi-Deluxe Bungalows share hot water bathroom facilities conveniently located behind the bungalows. All bungalows have 240 volt power, lights and fans and a kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge and cooking utensils.

Zipolo Habu has a fleet of custom built sport fishing boats as well as an onsite tackle shop. It is the premier fishing resort in the Solomon Islands. Guests staying at Zipolu Habu Resort have the opportunity to join the boat dives and snorkelling trips offered by Dive Munda.
