This natural coral cay provides a genuine eco-experience being located in the World Heritage Listed Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Heron Island offers 112, room, suite and beach house accommodation. To allow guests to truly unplug and connect with nature, all rooms are free of televisions, telephones and Wi-Fi. Internet service is available at Baillie's Bar, Pandanus Lounge, Reception and Shearwater Restaurant. Baillie’s Bar also offers a wide-screen television for guests wishing to catch up on the latest news and sporting events. Heron Island caters to all levels of marine enthusiasts with 20 dive sites easily accessible by boat within minutes of the jetty. The most popular activity is snorkeling straight off one of the stunning beaches onto the Great Barrier Reef. Join a guided nature walk or star gazing tour, be pampered with a signature therapy at Aqua Soul Spa or head to Baillie’s Bar, the ideal location to enjoy the panoramic reef views.     Day 1 Check in at Gladstone Marina from 7:45 - 9:00am | Boat transfer from Gladstone Marina to Heron Island at 9:30am (approx 2 hours) | Access to rooms at 3:00pm. *Flights to arrive no later than 8:00am.
    Day 2-6 8 x Singles Dives and Island activities.
    Day 7 Check out by 9:00am | Meet at the jetty at 12:15pm | Boat transfer from Heron Island to Gladstone Marina at 12:45pm (approx. 2 hours). *Flights to depart no earlier than 4:45pm.
