Micronesia – Palau – Koror
Koror is the biggest urban dwelling in Palau and is a great place to base yourself when visiting this beautiful country. It is the country’s economic and commercial hub and is within close proximity to some of Palau’s most spectacular and interesting sights. Take a trip to the famous Jellyfish Lake, learn about local heritage and culture at a local museum or bai, visit an ancient monolith, or visit one of the WWII relics left behind.
Koror has a laid back south pacific feel, with a variety of accommodation options, quaint cafes and restaurants and chilled out diver focussed bars.

Sam’s Tours provide a complimentary shuttle service between hotels in Koror and the dive centre (5-15 minutes). At the end of your day, their Bottom Time Bar & Grill provides a great place to relax, chill and enjoy one of Palau’s spectacular sunsets with magnificent views of the Rock Islands.
